BC Lottery Corporation’s Sponsorship at the 2014 Tim Hortons Brier!

The Tim Horton’s Brier is a large national mens curling tournament that takes place annually across the country.  Our goal was to put together a fun and exciting experiential marketing campaign and bring life to the sponsorship activation. As a means to accommodate our clients vision, we implemented one of our most engaging sponsorship activation tools: A live Photo Booth with green screen technology.  The sleek and polished look of our cutting edge equipment and props promote a well put together visual allowing for a speedy set up and tear down. Our tech team simply executed the live experience by inputting customized images into our system, which allowed for our live marketing team to assist all attendee’s in striking a pose with their favourite curling team. Our experiential marketingf representatives had a blast with all attendee’s for the entire duration of the 9 day activation, the best part being that all involved were able to take home a high resolution photo capturing their experience at the event!

OBJECTIVE: To create a positive sponsorship presence for BC Lottery Corporation at the National Tim Hortons Brier Event.

DESCRIPTION: Creative photo backgrounds focusing on teams from the event were created and uploaded into our system. Our cutting edge Pop-Up Green Screen photo Booth and booth visuals were set up. Our live marketing team consisting of technical and promotional representatives worked hard at engaging all attendee’s and creating a strong sponsorship presence at the Tim Hortons Brier. Lastly our team organized a new photo every day of the event and snapped a shot of each attendee with their favourite curling team and tourism photo’s in the background and printed the image off within seconds for a take home piece.  The activation would not have been the same without our lively representatives, our tech team, the fun props, or the great atmosphere that was created.

RESULTS: Attendee’s were blown away with the ability to pose with their favourite teams on a daily basis. The BCLC booth was lined up each day, our team truly left a lasting impression and a strong sponsorship presence for our client at the 2014 Tim Hortons Brier. Needless to say, our clients expectations were greatly exceeded.
