My Name is Ryan. I have been a trainer since 1998. I have over 100 testimonials from every genre of health and fitness. Doctors, Lawyers, Celebrity status, models, bikini and fashion models, pro atheletes, and even other Personal Trainers, Fitness and Health Leaders, most of my clients, I have had for years. So I am speaking from experience, and years and years of college education that the answer to the 1st Blog question is “YES”!

One of the first things I mention to clients is to try to feel as good on the inside as possible everyday. Naturally, whether that positive experience is, Yoga, Sweating, Pilates, Dancing, Working out, combinations of, just do or find what ever it takes for you to feel as good as possible on the inside everyday.

Start by making a list of the top 10 things that make you happy and have a goal date to achieve that happiness every day. Here is my list:

  1. Wake up, take supplements, have a shower, eat breakfast, brush my hair
  2. Work at the gym all day with clients, eat well and stay hydrated all day
  3. Work out
  4. Walk along the beach with my wife
  5. Talk to family and friends
  6. Play music
  7. Meditate
  8. Do something fun
  9. Think of something creative
  10. Massage, spa, read a book, etc
