  • 3 to 4 tablespoons instant coffee (organic)
  • 1 cup of organic vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen organic bananas
  • Add favourite protein (pumpkin protein is my favourite)
  • Recipe Instructions:
  1. In a clean blender, spoon in coffee powder and yogurt, pour in milf adding bananas on top. Cover blender with lid, turn on power and blend will until desired smoothie consistency is reached.
